We encourage entrepreneurs, help assess the business requirements, build the team and bring the necessary resources and relationships to bear to ensure that opportunity and execution converge.

We build relationships. When we make an investment, we team up with other venture capitalists and strategic partners so that the company can expand its network of alliances and cover its future capital needs.

We are active partners. We do far more than simply sit on the board of directors for our portfolio companies. We meet frequently and regularly with our entrepreneurs. We actively participate in important customer meetings and internal strategy sessions.

We are accessible and responsive. We spend a great deal of time communicating with our entrepreneurs, and are available and on line with them by mobile phone, email, and IM where and when they need us.

We are independent thinkers. We see patterns emerge and recognize inter-relationships differently than everyone else and usually well ahead of the rest of the world. We are forward looking and we promote 'out of the box' thinking. We push our portfolio companies and entrepreneurs to think outside of the lines and push the ends of the envelope, and thereby encourage innovation and the ideas that lead to disruptive technologies.

We are risk takers. Our skill in finding the right entrepreneurs and the best ideas determines the success we have on the funds that we manage and the level of realizations we generate.
